THE HOUSE properties are available for commercial still and film shoots.
Though close to Tokyo, few seaside locations let you frame the sea without power lines or roads. At THE HOUSE, your image can be composed with nothing but sea, sky, and light.
Each seaside property has its own light, wall colors, furnishings, and view. These are not polished studio sets—the atmosphere unique to each place becomes part of the image. That is a THE HOUSE location.

Location scouting is ¥5,000 for up to one hour. Longer scouts may be charged at a rate equivalent to an overnight stay, depending on the requirements.
For morning shoots, the property must be booked for the previous night. Please consult us in advance about shoot and load-in times.
We do not accept tentative holds. Please apply once your booking is confirmed.
If the scheduled finish time is exceeded by more than five minutes, an additional one-hour fee will apply.
Please restore the property to its original condition after the shoot. We require time for cleaning and preparation before welcoming the next guests.
Commercial shoots are not permitted under a regular accommodation booking. Please inquire and book specifically for shooting use.
THE HOUSE FARM is also available as a shoot location. Its open, predominantly outdoor setting offers restaurant, BBQ, and garden scenes in one place.

THE HOUSE FARM can also arrange location meals and catering for shoots at any THE HOUSE property, tailored to your production so you do not need to source the location and food separately.
